Genuine Openreach parts
Whether it is a single extension so you can have your Sky working in another room, or several run through the house, we fit it neatly and get it working the same visit.
We can relocate sockets, replace old ones or add new ones, using all the same genuine parts that any BT or Virgin engineer would use. Where possible we hide the cabling so there are no unsightly wires on show.
It is not all faceplates either. Service cable relocations, overhead enclosures and underground jointing are all part of the job when a line needs moving properly rather than patching.
We have worked in all manner of residential and commercial buildings, and every job carries a 12 month guarantee.

Tell us where the socket needs to go and we will give you a competitive quote over the phone, before anyone sets off.

Most jobs are done in a single visit, with a quote agreed over the phone before we set off.
A new NTE5C master socket fitted, the same unit Openreach install. Often the fix when an old socket is behind speed or connection problems.
Moving the socket to where you actually need it. A spare room turned office, the rear of the house by the main TV, or out to the garage.
Old, cracked or loose sockets swapped for new. We do not supply non-provider sockets or cabling, so what goes in is what Openreach would fit.
A single extension or several, run neatly through the house so you can have your Sky working in another room.
Getting a line into a property that has never had one, or reinstating one that was taken out.
Having fascia boards, rendering or an extension done? We move the cable out of the way and can upgrade the socket while we are there.
Moving the cable that feeds the property, not just the socket on the end of it. Needed when an extension, a new drive or a conservatory gets in the way.
Overhead enclosures and underground jointing where the line runs outside. The parts of the job most general trades will not touch.
We do not supply non-provider sockets or cabling. Everything that goes into the house is the same specification Openreach would fit, which matters if they ever need to work on the line afterwards.
It is also why the job lasts. Cheap substitute cable and unbranded faceplates are a common cause of the speed problems we get called out to fix a year later.

“We were having new fascia boards fitted on our bungalow so Dan rerouted our cables and upgraded our socket at the same time. It was a very neat job!”
