Telephone repairs
We specialise in fault finding. Whatever has gone wrong, we will locate and rectify it where possible, and we work with any provider, so it makes no difference who you are with.
It has been known for a provider to tell a customer the fault is internal when in fact it was theirs to fix. We will tell you after inspection which it is, so you are not paying for work that should be free.

Broadband repairs
Most broadband problems turn out to be a fault at the master socket or in the internal telephony. Old, damaged or substandard cabling in the house is a common cause, and so is where the router happens to sit.
We run speed tests and health checks on the line, then advise on the best options open to you. Where the issue sits with your provider we will say so, and we will still work with you to get the service resumed.

Installation services
New sockets fitted, old ones replaced, and master sockets relocated. We are happy to run a single extension or several, so you can have your Sky working in another room.
The same genuine parts that any BT or Virgin engineer would use, at a fraction of what they charge. We do not supply non-provider sockets or cabling, and where possible we hide it so there are no unsightly wires on show.
