WiFi is convenient right up until it is not. Anything that matters, the work machine, the smart TV, the console, the till, is better on a cable than fighting for airtime with everything else in the building.
We install Cat 6 throughout, with data points where you need them and a hub cabinet bringing it all back to one place. If you are renovating or building, first fix is the moment to do it, and the survey and quotation are free.
Homes, home offices and commercial premises. Ex-BT Openreach trained, with over 30 years in the telecom industry and a 12 month guarantee on the work.

Three situations account for most of the cabling work we do.
First fix is the moment to get cable in, while the walls are still open. We survey, advise on what to run where, and future proof the property so you are not chasing plaster in two years.
A desk in a room with no telephone point, patchy WiFi and a connection that drops mid-call. We hard-wire the room, move the router if that helps, and put points where you actually need them.
Offices, warehouses, venues and shops. Cat 6 throughout, data points, comms cabinets and WiFi access points, surveyed and quoted before anything starts.
Cat 6 handles gigabit comfortably and has headroom well beyond it. That headroom is the whole point of putting cable into walls rather than hoping wireless copes.
A hub cabinet brings everything back to one place: the incoming broadband, the data points, the WiFi access points and the TV feeds. One tidy cupboard, instead of a router on the hall floor and cables trailing through three rooms.
Where a run feeds a WiFi access point we use Power over Ethernet, so a single cable carries the data and the power and there is no need for a socket at the far end.

We take on data network installations for commercial properties right across the North West. Cat 6, data points, comms cabinets and WiFi, surveyed and quoted before anything is committed to.
Over the last couple of years that has run from small retail units through to care homes and student accommodation, so scale is rarely the sticking point. Work can be arranged around opening hours where a site cannot afford the disruption.
If you are fitting out, refurbishing or moving premises, get us in early. Cabling is far cheaper before the walls close up.

We survey the property, advise on what to run where, and quote before anything starts. Homes and businesses, weekdays until 10pm.
Ubiquiti and TP-Link access points, wired back on PoE. Where the coverage will not reach, the cable is half the job.
Slow speeds and dropouts, usually down to old cabling or where the router sits. We test the line and advise on your options.
No dial tone, a crackling line or an intermittent fault. We locate it, and tell you whether it is yours to pay for or your provider’s.
New sockets, relocations and extensions run neatly, using the same genuine parts Openreach would fit.
